Mi Vida Mine

Near Moab, Utah

General Overview

This mine is only about 45 minutes south of Moab, Utah. The mine has been sealed up, but they left an adit and some really cool rails out for you to explore. This used to be an old Uranium mine

In case you're a dipshit, "mi vida" means "my life" in Spanish.

What To Do

You won't spend super long here, but the left over equipment is some of the most spectacular that you'll see in the whole state. Nearly all of these old Uranium mines in the state have been completely sealed off in order to protect humans and animals from radiation poisoning.

Inside the mine. You can see that it is sealed.

Final Thoughts

I would totally come take pictures here.
